Shipping Info
Orders may be placed either through the Hydroponic Gardens website, or by email (info@hydroponic-gardens.com).
We believe in same day shipping. All attempts are made to ship orders the same day they are received. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day often dependent on the time the order was placed.
Backorders occasionally occur. Your order is charged in full at the time of receipt and then taken to the shipping department. Upon shipping, if an item on your order is on backorder, we will refund the cost of this item. When the item is back in stock and ships, we will then charge for the item. On occasion, we do drop ship from manufacturers located throughout the US.
We do not ship outside North America.
Return Policies
We have a 30 day money back guarantee. A full refund will be issued for items returned unopened and not damaged (less the shipping cost). Returns must include all original materials and be in good condition for resell. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package.
Exchanges will be honored for items received defective or malfunctioning. Prior to returning a product, you must contact Hydroponic Gardens for a R.A.# (Return Authorization Number) and please BOLDLY write the R.A.# on the outside of the shipping package.
